Adding volume and color to thin eyebrows with powder
If your brows are thin, try eyebrow powder, and then finish the brows with a clear eyebrow gel.

If your hair is grey and your skin tone is ivory or beige, try a soft blonde or taupe eyebrow pencil. Grey on grey will wash you out.
If your hair is grey and your skin tone is darker brown, try a brown eyebrow liner.
How to pencil in eyebrows
Choose two shades of eyebrow pencil, one close to the color of your hair, and another a shade or two lighter.
Use the darker pencil to make short light strokes from the beginning of the brow to the arch.
After the arch, switch to your lighter pencil. With soft strokes, finish the ends of the brow.
To complete the look, brush the brows with a brow brush to soften noticeable pencil lines.
Eyebrow stencils
I've seen so many women who have lost their eyebrows, draw eyebrows the shape of a half-circle above the eyes. Unfortunately, this brings the eyes down, makes them look older, and it's not the natural form of the brow.
If you have lost your eyebrows and need a little extra help to remember what a natural shaped brow is like, purchase a set of eyebrow stencils.
Use the stencils to guide you at first; after a bit of practice, you'll be such an expert you won't need them any longer. However, do keep them to check yourself occassionally. They are reuseable. You don't want to fall back into old bad habits.

Got a little grey in the brows? A tinted eyebrow gel may be your answer. Again, choose a color that matches the color of your current eyebrows...minus the grey of course!
If your eyebrows will not keep their shape, try these eyebrow taming tips...
Apply a small amount of eyebrow gel, hairspray, or hair gel to your eyebrow brush;
Brush the brows straight up and then shape outwards.
Rinse your brush with hot water and you are ready for the day.

Apply a small amount of mascara on your eyebrows then comb the brows into shape. Use a very light touch or you could end up with a mess.
