
Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate)
for Aches, Pains, and Stress
According to the Epsom Salt Council:

- Lower blood pressure
- Create a happy, relaxed feeling
- Raise energy levels"
How to use Epsom Salt in the bath:
Place one to two cups Epsom salt under your running bathtub faucet, light a few candles, dim the lights, and relax in the soft, warm water for 15 minutes.
Epsom salt is available on most supermarket shelves. If you local grocer doesn't carry it, it can be purchased online.
