Bismuth, Clay Face Masks for Sensitive Skin

For a sensitive skin face mask that is inexpensive and gentle, try bismuth that is commonly used to soothe an upset stomach. One popular brand of bismuth is Pepto Bismol.
- Apply bismuth to a clean face, neck, and chest. Avoid areas of the eyes and lips.
- Allow bismuth to dry about ten minutes. Do not rub your face.
- Rinse face well with lukewarm water, and then pat away the excess water.
- Apply your favorite sensitive skin moisturizer.
How to Remove Dead Skin Cells with Bismuth
For dry and sensitive skin, exfoliate your skin with bismuth.

Immediately move your hand in a circular pattern over your skin using your ring and pinkie fingers. Gently rubbing the skin with bismuth helps loosen and lift dead skin cells and grime that rest on the surface.

If you have sensitive skin and find normal exfoliating products are too harsh, try using a clay face mask.
- Apply wet clay mask to the skin.
