Eyebrows Shapes
It's simple...You are either born with the most perfect eyebrow shape, or your not. If you are not, it's ok...most of us aren't anyway. There are several shapes of eyebrows. What shape is yours?
What is your natural eyebrow shape? Thin, thick, uni, or invisable? Mine has always been on the thicker side and since I am a natural brunette, if I don't keep them trimmed, they really show up.
I've noticed that when I've slacked off on my eyebrow trimming, people start asking me if I am mad or tired. My eyes look droopy and I look five years older. When the brows get thick the impression I give to others changes.
Thin eyebrows on the otherhand can make a person look like they are running around surprised all the time....not that us women aren't, but we don't need to magnify it.
To make the eyebrows look thicker, line them soft quality eyebrow pencils . Women are famous for skimping on themselves, but for the eyebrows, you need quality and you need two pencils.
Why use two eyebrow pencils
When you first start lining your eyebrows, you should always start with a darker pencil at the thickest part of the eyebrow...... unless you have a unibrow. If you have a unibrow, please don't color inbetween the eyes! Skip down and read about unibrows.
As the hair gets thinner, usually starting at the arch, switch to a pencil that is a shade or two lighter and bring this color out to the ends. Be sure to use a very light touch at the ends of the brows.
To Finish
Brush your eyebrows with an eyebrow brush to soften and blend the pencil lines creating a more natural look.
The Unibrow
Maybe you have a unibrow? Men are most often troubled by "one" brow, but women have been known to sport them too. Unibrows can make people look hard, unfriendly,
mean, and even angry.
To trim the unibrow, tweeze the hairs from the center of your face above the nose with eyebrow tweezers.

Barely there eyebrows? Use an eyebrow stencil
Are you a person with no eyebrows or have eyebrows that are barely visible? Are you aware eyebrow stencils are available and can be the beginning to beautiful eyebrows?
To stencil in brows, use the picture below to help you place the stencils properly on your brow. If stencils are not immediately available, use the picture below as a guide.
For a soft and natural look, use the left eyebrow in the following picture as your guide.
Note that the eyebrows are full, but not too full. Also note where the brows begin and end.
Use a lighted and magnified mirror when working with your eyebrows. It makes the job much easier.
