Facial Exercises 
Here are a few facial exercises you can do while sitting and browsing our site.  These exercises are beneficial and at the same time should make you laugh...and who doesn't like to laugh? So here we go ladies, lets have fun cyberexercising.
 
Eyes
 
(Ok ladies...concentrate) 
  1. With open eyes, lift your eyebrows then close the eyelids;  keep the eyebrows raised.  
  2. Hold 5 seconds. 
  3. Repeat 5 times with each eye.  
  4. Relax
To complete this exercise:
Massaging around the outer area of the eyes. 
 
 Chin
 
(Fight that double chin)
  1. With teeth clenched, smile as wide as you can.  
  2. Raise your chin slightly until you feel the pull.  (Do not use your hand, only the muscles in your face).  You should feel your neck muscles tighten. 
  3. Hold 5 seconds, relax.  
  4. Repeat 5 times.
  5. Relax
To complete this exercise   
  1. Gently pinch along the jaw bone. 
  2. Repeat 5 times.
  3. Place your hands at the base of your neck and glide upward to the jaw bone. 
  4. Repeat 5 times.  
Cheeks 

With lips closed, give yourself the biggest grin possible. Try wiggling your nose. Wiggling the nose does nothing, but could make you laugh.  Laughter is good for the soul.  Ok...here we go. 

With lips closed and a big grin on your face...

(Your cheeks should rise during the exercise) 
Move your mouth to the right, close your right eye and hold 5 seconds. 
Repeat for the left side of the face.
Repeat exercise 10 times. 
 
To complete this exercise:
  1. Place your pinky and ring finger (spread apart) on your cheeks.
  2. Starting from the outside of the nose, gently glide your fingers across your cheeks toward your ears.  
  3. Repeat 2 or 3 times.   
Lips 
  1. With lips closed, pucker them.
  2. Hold 5 seconds.
  3. Draw lips inward over your teeth.  
  4. Hold 5 second. 
  5. Repeat 5 times.
Complete this exercise
  1. Gently massage the outside lip area with your pinky finger.  
  2. Repeat 2 times.   
The word is out that sucking on a water bottle or a straw may cause wrinkles around the lips.
