Hair Highlights
Hair highlights can give a woman the aaaah factor, and compliment the face, but where to put them always seems to be the big question.
- Highlights in front, by the face, can take years off of a person's face, and emphasize their smile.
- To draw attention to the eyes, highlight the bangs.
- For layered hair, it's important to highlight all layers, not just the top layer; and it is just as important to alternate the strands of hair on the top and lower layers. In other words, avoid highlighting the hair from the crown all the way down through the second layer in one sweep.
- To add dimension and texture to hair, highlight some hair strands thicker than other strands.
