Making a switch to natural and organic makeup and skin care
If you are considering using more natural and organic makeup and skin care, Gayla has a few suggestions to get you started.
Gayla, a friend of mine prefers natural and/or organic makeup and skin care products over chemically processed products. I asked if she would share her thoughts and experiences; she graciously agreed she would.
So, if you are considering switching to more natural products and organic makeup and skin care products but don't know where to begin, Gayla offers a starting point. Oprah has Gayle and I have Gayla.
Gayla's Choice of Natural Products
Galya prefers Avalon Organics Cleansing Milk for removing mascara and make-up and Avalon Organics shower gel instead of bar soap. To wash her hair she uses Avalon Organics shampoo
She moisturizes her skin with a grape seed oil.  Grape seed oil is rich in antioxidents, fatty acids and vitamin E that are claimed to help protect and hydrate dry and mature skin.  Grape seed oil can be purchased at health stores and online.
Her eyeshadowEcco Bella Makeup and eyeliner pencil is by Ecco BellaShe recently tried  Physicians Formula Eyeshadow Duo, but the brown wasn’t dark enough for her.
Gayla recently shared one of her best beauty secrets for a great complexion. She uses fish oil and/or flax oil for her skin.   Fish oil is available in liquid form for people who find it difficult to swallow pills.
