For the softest and bounciest head of hair, give yourself a natural olive oil hair treatment with warm, not hot, olive oil from your kitchen.

Heat 1/2 cup olive oil in the microwave for about 10 seconds.

When the oil is safe to use (not too hot), massage the olive oil into scalp and then throughout your hair.

Avoid Burns! Before applying oil to your hair, test a drop on your inner wrist. If it is too hot for the wrist, it's too hot for your scalp!

Place a shower cap over all of your hair (or use saran wrap) and allow the oil to sit 10 to 15 minutes.

Wash as usual.
