Sensitive Skin Face Mask
For a sensitive skin face mask that is inexpensive and gentle try bismuth (the pink stuff) that you take for an upset stomach.
- Apply bismuth to the face, neck and chest areas, being careful to keep it away from the eye area.
- Allow liquid to dry (about 10 minutes)
- Rinse face with lukewarm water.
To exfoliate with pink bismuth:
- Apply pink bismuth to the face, neck and chest area.
- Allow liquid to partially dry.
- Using your ring and pinky finger, rub the skin lightly in a circular motion to gently exfoliate the skin.
- Rinse face, neck and chest area clean with lukewarm water.
- Follow with a moisturizer for sensitive skin.
Advice: Do not get bismuth on clothing, it can leave a stain that is hard to remove. |

Sensitive to Fragrance?
Some people are very sensitive to fragrance. Even the smallest amount of fragrance can irritate the skin, lungs, nose, etc..
If you think you may have developed a sensitivity to fragrance, try using "fragrance free" products for awhile. The product's label should state "fragrance free".
For many, only a few fragrances are irritants.
